Founder of Prana+Therapy and The Mode of Wellness Clinic - Kimberley Gabbard
Kimberley is a passionate wellness advocate, certified aromatherapist clinician, natural food chef, and the visionary founder of Prana+Therapy and The Mode of Wellness Clinic. Her journey into holistic health began the mid 80’s in Los Angeles, where she owned and operated Heavenly Taste Catering—a plant-based catering company serving high-profile clients in the entertainment, health, and wellness industries.
In addition to her catering work, Kimberley led plant-based cooking workshops, where she inspired others to embrace food as medicine. These sessions emphasised seasonal, nourishing meals rooted in conscious cooking techniques and lifestyle wellness.
In the early 90’s her path continued in Hawaii, where she served as head chef for a leading chain of health food stores. There, she directed menu creation, product innovation, and recipe development, playing a key role in making healthy, plant-based food more accessible to the public.
With a growing passion for natural remedies and plant-based healing, Kimberley went on to study clinical aromatherapy, earning her certification as an aromatherapist clinician. Her training provided the tools to create targeted, high-potency blends that support physical, emotional, and environmental well-being.
This led to the creation of Prana+Therapy, a unique line of organic, multifunctional wellness products that bridge the worlds of aromatherapy, skincare, and home health. Her formulations include everything from therapeutic cleaning agents and skincare solutions to emotional support blends and digestive aids, all crafted with integrity and intention.
Today, through The Mode of Wellness Clinic, Kimberley integrates her decades of experience in natural health, culinary arts, and aromatherapy to offer a truly holistic approach to well-being. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing should be natural, effective, and deeply personalized—empowering each client to thrive in body, mind, and spirit.
